Who We Are...
We’re the Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce, organized over 50 years ago to serve as an advocate for its investors and the business community in building a diverse and prosperous area economy. We promote pro-business government policies through an informed and active membership. We provide services and benefits to help our members operate their businesses more efficiently-and more profitably. We are a high quality, cost-efficient flexible organization that identifies business community needs and responds to them.

Referrals- Here’s how the system works. Thousands of people call The Chamber every year, looking for products and services. Our staff gives them only the names of Chamber members. If you’re a Chamber member, you’re referred...if you’re not, you’re not.

As a Chamber member, your business is listed on our website at www.fostoriachamber.com. Chamber members are also given advertising discounts in the Fostoria Welcome Guide which is printed every two years and given to newcomers and visitors.
Public Policy Advocacy- Businesses large and small benefit from The Chamber’s Legislative Affairs Council as we work to influence the legislative process for the benefit of the Fostoria region, to facilitate member involvement in public policy matters, and to increase voter turnout.

Because of our management of Community Framework for Progress, Downtown Revitalization and Visitors Bureau, we are able to improve the quality of life for our community and to create a more successful business environment. Those things were possible then and now because of energetic volunteers and staff who work every day to ensure that you get the most from your Chamber investment. Ambassadors
The Ambassadors are a team of volunteers who promote and represent the Chamber at all official functions. Volunteering as an Ambassador provide the following benefits to you and your business:
